Please read all my policies before booking 🤍 POLICIES: - card on file required - cancellation policy: (i’m very lenient, just let me know) < 24 hours = $80 10+ mins late = no call/no show and will be charged 100% of appointment cost i am very understanding!! please make sure to communicate with me if you will be late or won’t be able to make it! -new clients are required to pay a $50 deposit that is not refundable but will go towards the final service price. - new clients MUST come with bare nails. Only exception if if you have contacted me beforehand and I have told you otherwise. -please no guests due to the salon having limited space. and please NO KIDS! while i love kids and hearing about your kids, the salon is not an appropriate or safe environment for them. -phone usage is totally fine! i understand life gets busy and things pull you every which way. I travel frequently so it is recommended to have a couple appointments booked out at a time to insure you will get in. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancelation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
